How to NEVER contract CORONA VIRUS. An assured solution.

I wasn't Suprised with the News of the Corona virus (Covid 19) in Nigeria, as it  confirmed on an Italian man that visited Nigeria for business, as Lagos is the Economy of west Africa, not accra of Ghana or Lome of Togo.

More reason why I was expecting this news all while.

The Corona virus is becoming a major concern not just to china but the whole world now, its impacts on the world Economy cannot be overemphasized as it disturbing so many businesses, business trips, affecting the aviation sector and in particular loss of lifes.

Virus are the most stubborn pathogenic organisms, as  they require proper and adequate Public and Environmental Health measures to control them.

With all Concern about the Corona virus (covid 19) information is needed to keep ones and others life saved, Information can saved the world from the Corona Virus.

As of now we do know that those over the age of 50 and those on Immunospressive medications ( check your mediactions and ask your doctor questions) are more at risk for the complications of this disease.

While it is highly contagious, it is spread through respiratory droplets (cold, sneezing, coughing)

Common symptoms to watch for are fever, cough and shortness of breath.

DO YOU KNOW THAT MASK Aren't Necessarily Protective . Most standard MASKs do not contain a fine enough filter, and viruses can live on the surface of the masks.

This doesn't mean you have to QUARANTINE yourself , just make sure you wash your hands frequently.

Avoid Hand shakes and Hugs for the time being.

Avoid touching your eyes, mouth or nose. And if you have any flu or cold symptoms stay home and call your doctor or state health emergency lines.

If you start to have any respiratory symptoms or your symptoms are not improving, urgently Seek medication attention.

The government needs to Revive the Federal College of complementary and alternative medicine (FEDCAM) as it best suit the training arm of the Practice in Nigeria in the six geopolitical zones of the country, also fooster research and development in this fields as it is with Developed countries of the world with proper regulations.

We have Federal Institute of Medical Research that hasnt produced anything Much in time past, but the future of CAM is promising on this prevailing ailments.
