On Saturday, 8th August 2026, surrounded by family, friends, and notable personalities, the couple exchanged vows at a glamorous traditional wedding ceremony held at George Terrace, Friends Colony Estate, Agungi-Lekki, Lagos State. The event was a spectacular blend of culture, elegance, and deep spiritual significance — a celebration that will be remembered for years to come.

Their journey began in a church auditorium. Olufunke had come for an audition to join the choir. The person conducting the audition? Adeola Micheal.

She walked in with what Adeola describes as a "stern and expressionless face" — he couldn't tell if she was happy, nervous, or simply focused. Little did he know that this first interaction would blossom into a lifelong partnership rooted in faith, music, and shared purpose.

Today, that choir audition has become the foundation of a beautiful marriage, proving that sometimes, the most significant moments in life happen when we least expect them.

🎶 Adeola Micheal Aderibigbe (The Groom)

Adeola is a man of many talents — a Music Director, Bassist, Vocalist, Online Trader, Investor, and Manager. His musical journey spans over a decade, with a portfolio that includes:

Keyboardist and Music Director at MFM Ota Youth Church and several regions including Igbala, Dalemo, and Igberen.

Bassist and Music Director at Lekki Region 1, Lekki.

Music Instructor at Goodytunes, shaping the next generation of musicians.

Sales Representative at Lombardy.

Restaurant Manager at Belle Food.

Office Manager at BEMACK.

He also received Electric Training in 2020 and graduated from Peter Kings Music Academy, further honing his craft.

Adeola holds a degree in Biology Education from the University of Ilorin (Unilorin) and has served as a Music Director in Rhema campus fellowship, NCCF, RCF Corper's fellowship, and Winners Chapel Corper's fellowship. His years of service in various churches — including Redeemed Christian Church of God, Four Square Gospel Church, Lighthouse, and Restoration — have shaped him into a man of deep spiritual conviction.

🌟 Olufunke Olutola Ewarawon (The Bride)

Funke is a woman of grace, intelligence, and purpose. She is a certified Special Needs Therapist who works passionately with neurodivergent children, helping them unlock their full potential.

Her educational background includes:

Biochemistry from the University of Ilorin.

Food Science and Technology from Federal University Oye Ekiti.

Her work experience spans:

Special Needs Therapist at The Pottersland School.

Sales Representative at Caps & Hats.

Store Manager at Anbol Supermarket.

Funke is also an ardent lover of Christ whose faith is at the center of everything she does. Her journey from a "stern-faced" choir auditionee to a radiant bride is a testament to God's beautiful plan.
